GET OUT OF YOUR OWN HEAD.
So many fears & silly banter in my own head kept me safe and still. Sure, I was “comfortable” but I wasn’t taking the necessary steps to reach my goals.
Showing up and telling people what I have to say scares the crap out of me! It’s hard for me to watch myself on camera etc.
But now I am saying “who cares?”
An online presence is a necessary if I’m trying to build a digital brand. So I’m getting out of my head and being as authentic as I can while I face my fears.
