Around this time each year, we see the familiar sparkle of “Christmas in July”, a playful reminder of how easy it is to want everything right now. The magic, the momentum, the shiny new thing.
In business, it’s not so different. A new trend emerges, a market shifts, a competitor pivots and suddenly we feel the pull to jump, react, or chase.
But true leadership means knowing when to pause. It means recognizing the difference between what’s urgent and what’s truly valuable. Just like we don’t put up our holiday lights in July, we don’t need to act on every trend that hits our feed.
Resilience is the ability to stay grounded, even when everything around you is telling you to move.
So here’s to clear thinking, intentional planning, and trusting the process especially when it's easier (and more tempting) to follow the crowd.
Wishing you a focused, forward-thinking July.

As we recognize Independence Day, we’re reminded that the freedoms we celebrate today were built on bold vision, collective effort, and a belief in something greater than oneself.
In many ways, those same values show up in the work we do every day: working together across roles, backgrounds, and perspectives to build something meaningful. Whether we're solving problems, serving others, or driving innovation, it's our shared commitment to progress that keeps us moving forward.
This holiday is a chance to reflect not only on the founding of our nation, but on the power of unity, responsibility, and purpose in action.
Wishing our team, partners, and community a safe and inspiring Fourth of July. Let’s keep building something worth celebrating.

Today, we recognize Juneteenth, a pivotal moment in American history—commemorating June 19, 1865, when the last enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas finally received word of their freedom, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation.
Juneteenth is a day of remembrance, reflection, and resilience. It reminds us of the strength and perseverance of those who fought for freedom in the face of unimaginable adversity. But it is also a celebration—a recognition of the countless contributions, achievements, and leadership of Black Americans in every sector of society.
As we honor this history, we also look ahead. Juneteenth calls on all of us to continue working toward equity, opportunity, and justice—not just in word, but in action.
Let’s celebrate how far we’ve come, while recommitting ourselves to building a more inclusive and equitable future for all.

As we celebrate Father’s Day, it’s worth reflecting on the profound leadership lessons many of us first learned at home.
Fathers and paternal figures often model the values that shape how we lead: integrity, accountability, resilience, and empathy. Long before we stepped into formal leadership roles, we were absorbing these principles through their actions.
Whether it was encouraging us to keep going after setbacks, teaching us the importance of doing the right thing—even when it’s hard—or showing us how to treat others with respect, these everyday moments quietly built the foundation for the leaders we would one day become.
To all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, mentors, and role models who lead by example—thank you. Your influence reaches far beyond what you may realize.
Happy Father’s Day!
