It's also how you treat people and other businesses. Not just while you're on the clock, but also when you're off!!

There's nothing more embarrassing than heaving a negative encounter with a future client. Even if you're the best of the best, their perspective and experience with you is already tainted.

Now you have to work 5x HARDER [ at the same rate ] to gain their trust and offset that bad experience..... IF they want to work with you.
