Jobey loads the screen into our Douthitt Computer-to-Screen machine, where the design is applied to the emulsion.

After exposure in our LED unit, the areas protected by wax wash away, revealing the stencil that will be used for printing.

Each color in the design requires its own screen, all precisely lined up using our registration system and micro-adjustments.

Tyler, our printer, uses a dedicated squeegee and floodbar for each color to push the ink through the screen and onto the garment!
