For a long time, my word was consistency.
And while consistency helped me build a lot, it also became something heavy. Something I felt like I failed at instead of practiced.
This season of my life looks different.
I’m caring for my body in ways I used to rush past.
I’m tending to my skin, my hair, my hydration, my nervous system.
I’m protecting my time and my emotional energy more intentionally.
I’m still growing my business, still marketing, still reaching for big goals, but I’m doing it without sacrificing myself to get there.
So my word for 2026 is cultivate.
To cultivate means to prepare, care for, and nurture something so it can grow.
That’s how I want to live.
That’s how I want to build.
That’s how I want to grow.
Not by forcing outcomes.
But by creating the right environment and showing up with care.
Cultivate what sustains you.
If you’re in a season where rest and ambition are learning how to coexist, you’re not behind. You’re doing important work.
What is your word for 2026? What are you cultivating this year?
