The new ”Hobby inclusive” page for my business side. We are more than just one thing and I needed a platform that was all of the things I am and can create. I’ve had a lot of changes in the past few years and it was time to change. Come join me on this adventure. I am available for photography, sewing and graphics. But keep an eye on this new page to see what we can do.

It started as something to keep my hands and mind busy. In the tradition of crafting anything you can think of passed on to me by my late grandmother (Dorothy, Dottie, Barnes) this is a page dedicated to the things I make.

On a recent trip to the vet I realized Capote’s infamous Jean jacket harness I made 7 years ago, no longer fits him. I hadn’t put it on him in almost a year. For those that don’t know, I hate using a dog collar and leash on a dog. My dog especially has neck and shoulder issues which just suck all around when walking him. It can hurt him and he’ll pull too hard on his leash making it worse. On my hunt to find a harness that would work better I gave up and just made one. This design pulls his shoulders, chest, belly all at once vs just his neck. It’s tailored to fit him and his odd dog body size. With a donation of old jeans from Alex Brown, about 10 hours in the craft cave later: his new harness is done. Quilted, embroidered, lined with royal blue neoprene for comfort and ready for the walkies.

After around 20 years of being "BlueHotDog Media" I've decided to change it up. When you find out that your AOL screen name from the 90's is now used on urban dictionary... it's time to go with something else. Does that mean I've made it!? LOL!

Thank you to the Lovely woman with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles for taking care of me when I called to find out why they denied my personalized plate. I currently have it as "BLUHTDG" but was just updating it to add a graphic into it and had to shorten it a little. I was going with "BLHTDG". Turns out that was denied and now my ability to even have BLUHTDG is gone. Now I have to figure out how to get a new plate.
