🔥 From laser to finished sign — watch the process! 🔥
Just wrapped up a custom anodized aluminum sign for The Heck Lawns here in Corpus Christi! This one was a full multi-step build:
⚡ Step 1 — Laser engraved the logo permanently into black anodized aluminum (so even if the paint ever fades, the logo lives forever underneath)
🎨 Step 2 — Hand masked and spray painted each color separately — Spring Green on the figure, cyan blue on the lettering and ring
✨ Step 3 — Sealed for outdoor durability

Proud to share a completed project for a South Texas steel facility — custom laser engraved coil rack identification plates, now installed and in service.
Every plate is fabricated from 5”×7” black anodized aluminum, permanently engraved using a 60W RF CO2 laser with a scannable Code-128 barcode, coil width specifications, row identification, and the facility’s logo.
