We made it through another pandemic year, but today is just an extension of yesterday, of last week, of last month, last year and all the years before.

May we purpose to be the change that our country needs. One choice at a time may we reflect upon the way our choices and actions help or harm others, and ultimately, ourselves. And in those choices may we bring about an end to discord and destruction happening as a result of division.

Here’s to beginning anew every day of the year.

Just received the pre-launch goodies for a new PC game! From game concept to launch, and everything in between, it’s all Norman Wilkerson.

To say I dig his designs is an understatement, he was my favorite peer designer in school and he continues to be. Seeing him branch out into game design is no surprise as he’s just THAT talented.

I haven’t had a chance to play the retro style kid friendly game yet but I know it’s going to be great. Take a look for yourselves and order the game. You’ll be supporting an amazing artist (and his family)!

Designing for Change continues to be at the forefront of our mission at Littles & Co. This particular project was near and dear because this non-profit is focused on helping survivors of abusive religious environments. The challenge was to capture the mission of the organization and the path of the survivors.

Vashti is an Old Testament character who is lifted up in the Bible as a woman of strength and resilience. In much the same way as those the organization wants to help, she lost everything to take a stand for her rights. It was fitting then to capture both the nobility of the survivors and the efforts of the organization. The former placing their crowns firmly on their heads, standing tall, whilst becoming the rulers of their own destiny. The latter leading the way as torch bearers through education, empowerment and advocacy.
