Ryan Flournoy, born in Hazel Crest, Illinois, is an American professional football wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League.
From high school, where he received All-Conference honors, Flournoy played college football at several institutions. He attended Central Missouri, Iowa Western CC, and Southeast Missouri State. While at Iowa Western CC, he was a top receiver. He later transferred to Southeast Missouri State, where he was a team captain and earned First-Team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors in 2022 and 2023.
The Dallas Cowboys selected Flournoy in the sixth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. He was initially waived but later re-signed to the practice squad and promoted to the active roster on September 13, 2025. As of October 5, 2025, his NFL regular season receiving statistics include 11 games played in 2024 with 10 receptions for 102 yards, and 4 games played in 2025 with 4 receptions for 35 yards.
