~Slow down your breathing, focusing on deep inhales and exhales, and feel the relief as you shift your focus from your mind to your body.
~Ground yourself in the present by engaging your five senses: What can you see, touch, smell, taste, and hear?
~Question your thoughts to create distance: Are these thoughts true? How do I know they are true? Is there a more empowering perspective?
~Engage in soothing internal dialogue. What comforting words can you offer yourself? What thoughts can bring warmth and space right now?
~Give yourself the same level of kindness and compassion you would offer to a child in distress.

The moment of readiness may never come for you to take the necessary action to achieve your dreams. It's crucial to take that first step even if you don't feel fully equipped. Trust that you'll gain the skills and tools you need as you move forward.
The life you aspire to is just one step away.

One step followed by another, and another, and another. The key is to keep moving forward, no matter how distant your goal may seem right now. The journey of a thousand miles always starts with the first step.

We rarely feel ready for what we're called to do. We must leap and take that initial step before feeling qualified.

I' been contemplating the pressure we face to make the "right" choices—not ethical decisions, but those about where we live, who we partner with, and what we do for work.

We seem to be obsessed with doing ‘right’ but if we look at it deeply, we are fundamentally afraid that we would regret that decision in our future self.

The truth is, what makes a decision right is your ongoing commitment to it. You are the master of your destiny, or more aptly, the chooser of your fate. If something no longer feels right, remember that you have the power to choose differently at any moment.

Starting this Instagram account was my first step towards realizing my content creation dreams. I didn't fully realize it at the time, but it was the beginning of a journey to bring that vision to life.

I'm not suggesting my timeline should be yours, but sharing my experience to highlight that results often take longer than we'd like (there's usually a delay between when we want something to happen and when it actually does).

One of my favorite activities is scouting good questions on Reddit and FB groups and sharing them here on my IG. This question is perfect for beginner and here are my answers if you are also in this journey:

FIRST
1. go to audiences in ads manager -> create custom audiences -> select data from your instagram
2. select these options in your new custom audience: your followers and anyone engaged with your content (if you want to niche down further)
3. SAVE this audience

SECOND
1. create a campaign like you normally does
2. when move to ad set option, add the newly custom audience you just saved in the EXCLUDE section

IMPORTANT NOTE
Make sure that your audience size is 1 million if you are testing new creatives

This 'master resell rights','mrr' has been all over reels and tiktok and marketed as a business opportunity and path to financial freedom. You have probably seen these in the form of “faceless marketing” or “an individual resells a course." Sounds familiar? The business concept is basically making money by reselling a course from somebody else and getting ‘100% profit’.

💡How did I know about 'this opportunity'?
I opened a ‘similar’ account to investigate this niche. After 5 days, I already gained 35 followers from similar peers, and one big observation comes up: They’re all selling the same course and materials, claiming they’ve earned $30,000 after 42 days, or thousands of dollars in less than a month. Let me break down the nuances behind this trend.

💡Is it profitable?
Most of these courses are sold for $497- $697 and in them, you will learn how to resell this course with digital marketing knowledge, for example: how to grow an instagram account, how to make content for selling, how to build a landing page on Stanstore, how to run email campaigns to target your leads.

Here’s the key concept:
You Buy This Course → Learn HOW to market it → Sell This to more people

To keep selling after a period, you have to pay a “resell rights fee” to keep this ‘opportunity’ active. See the diagram for illustration
