Taking a week off from movie reviews but wanted to post this and talk a little about how I got started doing media production. I was always a movie fan and from a very young age remember watching the behind the scenes documentaries for movies like Star Wars and Disney more than the movies themselves. This peaked my interest in being behind the camera and creating so by the 6th grade I was ready to go. I started very basic helping my middle schools football team film games. Over the years through multiple athletics and fine arts departments as well as many supportive friends, teachers, mentors and my family I’ve come to the place I am now. My journey has not come without challenges and I’ve had the continued opportunity to grow and lead and not only challenge myself but others as well and that’s something I’m very grateful for. For anyone struggling with deciding their place in the world know you aren’t alone and you have more support than you realize. Keep up the positive energy and do what you love!!
