This year I got to reunite with dear friend and fellow artist .pixie_radio to help him promote his newest work πΎ
As a child of the 80s, Iβve been online from the birth of the hyper connected digital world. Iβve watched its numerous iterations shape our awareness around our own identity, for better and, certainly, for worse.
While the video content was somewhere in its post production journey, I got bored and entered a fever dream of cutting printing scanning until I had a really j***y half analog / half digital / full Frankenstein animation.
Thereβs so much life in doing something practically. It breathes itself into you as much as you breathe into it. Itβs reciprocal in that way. Thank you forever to .pixie_radio for calling me to collaborate. I love everything we made. Even this wonderfully ugly little gif promo.
