It’s that time of year again! We are getting prepared for our annual Thanksgiving Day Feeding and want to extend invitations to our previous volunteers to come back and join us this year! If you are interested in volunteering again this year please complete this Volunteer Sign Up form and let us know how many guests in total will be volunteering with your party as well as what items you will be bringing.

This year we teamed up with Street Speaker to bring some Christmas joy to a group of young kids in the Duncanville area. We played games, did some arts and crafts and gave out a few gifts. What an honor it was to serve!

I think that it's sad when people laugh at those who are in true poverty. My niece shared a video on yesterday where homeless people had the opportunity to read some of the cruel things people had to say about them. I was literally in tears by time I finished reading it. Today, a friend shared that the employees at the Jack In The Box off of Bonnieview & 20, were in there lol at a young lady who was hungry. The point I want to make is, instead of tearing people down, try to uplift them. You may be entertaining an angel. Also remember that the table could turn around very easily! Be Blessed, Nikki
