As a communication organization, good tips are to be shared....

Here is one on leadership...

When leading it is important to keep a mirror before you to ensure that you are the leader who is truly advancing the organization internally and externally on all fronts at all times. Just like a mirror can show a person if a hair is out of place, it can also help inform one of the type leadership that is being displayed.

A good leader builds, serves, supports, educates and even molds future leaders, leads by example and influence and works for the good of the overall organization.
