MAIDEN TWINS: Identical twin brothers, Terrence and Tim Maiden brothers grew up in Oak Cliff, inner city area of Dallas. Growing up as twins created a competitive mindset that would cultivate success athletically and academically. The Maiden brothers earned scholarships to play football for Texas Christian University, and during their tenure, cultivated a passion for giving their best to all they
pursued. Over their business and philanthropic careers, both Terrence and Tim have earned a great reputation and many successes. They launched Nediam Capital in 2001, a real estate holdings and capital venture company based in Dallas. And have participated in capital investments exceeding $400 million to date. Both Terrence and Tim have received numerous of awards and accolades for the leadership in business and compassion for many underserved communities. The Maiden brothers were recently inducted into TCU’s Hall of Fame and recognized by Cadillac /ABC News for Shaping DFW. TERRENCE MAIDEN: A passion for urban communities best describes Terrence Maiden. Over the past decade, he has poured his energy, creativity, and expertise into meaningful philanthropic programs across North Texas. Professionally, Terrence serves as Managing Partner for The Nediam Company, a privately held capital venture/asset holding firm, and Executive Vice President for Corinth Properties. At Corinth Properties Terrence is at the forefront for implementing the growth of the company as shopping center owner and developer. TIM MAIDEN: Tim is widely regarded for his corporate leadership and financial operations experience in capital markets strategy, debt and equity investment and credit underwriting. Tim also manages pre-investment functions including market research, feasibility studies, and other due diligence responsibilities for capital ventures projects. He currently serves as a Senior Vice President for Simmons Bank and Lecturer for UNT Dallas. His responsibilities include investment activities, regional market growth support, community engagement and portfolio management.
