Virtual Cuber is looking for an awesome, competent, enthusiastic, positive, and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Social Media Manager. Virtual Cuber is one of the few virtual work space that provides full-service website design, online marketing, and e-business consulting to various companies in the US. For the past 4 years, Virtual Cuber has been providing end-to-end marketing solutions to businesses that are growing impatient and frustrated by the lack of leads and sales they get from their websites & and other online marketing activities.
As a Social Media Manager for a bespoke travel agency, you will create and implement engaging paid and organic social media strategies that will lead to client acquisition and company growth. You will be responsible for managing organic campaigns across major social media platforms. This includes posting a strategic mix of image and video content. You will also be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a digital and social media strategy to meet organizational objectives
• Manage all existing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and introduce new channels as necessary
• Execute effective and highly targeted paid social media ad campaigns to maximize conversion and ROI
• Devise and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement across all social media channels
• Schedule all social media posts on social media platforms
• Generate, edit, and publish content (in collaboration with the internal creative team or external agencies) across all channels to support programs and initiatives across the organization
• Work with our in-house writer in writing catchy & on-brand captions to accompany social media posts.
• Interacting with our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn communities.
• Undertaking Influencer outreach by sourcing new influencers and faces to represent our brands.
• Working with influencers to create high-quality content through photography, videography, Insta-stories, collaborations, etc.
• Coordinating and managing all social influencer partnerships & strategies including Writing Influencer creative briefs and copy.
• Managing the social media calendar in collaboration with the wider marketing calendar to plan and schedule social media activity.
• Reporting on all social media/online activity to the wider business on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, providing regular insights and recommendations.
A care for overall impact of the role in revenue, acquisition, retention, growth, and engagement.
Minimum Competencies:
Extensive knowledge of social media communication techniques
Has exposure to photography and editing tools
Strong understanding of brand management
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write content for various audiences, platforms, and campaigns.
Proven ability to deliver on initiatives end to end with high attention to detail.
Experience in managing content and working with Social Media Analytics or similar tools
