Well, NATO has come and gone, and all that’s left are our memories—and… no, it’s pretty much just our memories. NATO doesn’t seem to have made the dramatic (positive) impact on our downtown businesses as we’d all hoped.

DDP was unaware of such fencing being fully assembled and installed and expressed the numerous "unknowns" that still persist with only 48 hours to go.
