Has a doctor ever told you there wasn’t much else you could do besides take medication?

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism over 25 years ago, and dealt with conventional treatments that never quite worked like they should. I was constantly taking medication and always had symptoms of my hypothyroidism that never truly went away. A few years ago, I started asking more questions and looking into natural ways to support my thyroid and that’s when a dear friend introduced me to sea moss.

I’m not saying it’s a cure, but I will be sharing how it has given me my life back and how much better I feel. 

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing my story, what I’ve tried, and what I’ve learned along the way and my frustrations in why medical professionals never tell you about holistic health and how it can work so much better than traditional western medicine.
