Probably one of my favorite things about making syrup is having my coffee and morning walks or riding around in Buck, the third hardest worker on the payroll at the Broken Heart 💔.
This is crazy weather again this season. 18 degrees overnight, 32 by 1 pm.
As I look into the Maple canopy there is very very little sign of budding.
Know telling how long this nonsense is going to last,
