Here’s a beauty truth we don’t talk about enough…
Mascara has one of the shortest shelf lives in your makeup bag.

Because it’s used so close to the eyes and exposed to air (and bacteria) every time you pump the wand, it should be replaced EVERY 3 MONTHS—even if there’s still product left.

Why it matters:
Old mascara can harbor bacteria that may lead to irritation or infections.
The formula dries out over time, causing clumping and flaking.
Fresh mascara = smoother application + healthier lashes.

Quick Tips for Healthy Eyes:
• Never share eye makeup (even with your bestie!).
• Avoid pumping the wand—it pushes air inside.
• Toss it if it smells different, feels dry, or is past 3 months.
• Clean lashes always give better results than layering over yesterday’s look.
