This is an unabashed pitch for my son, Jeff's new restaurant, Provolino, in Denver. I just learned that all Denver restaurants are down approximately 20% this Summer, particularly smaller, privately owned restaurants like Jeff's. So, I am asking you to please go to Provolino tonight or this weekend, and also promote Provolino to your network of friends and colleagues.
If you like family, neighborhood Italian food, you're going to love Provolino. Think of those great small Italian places in Chicago, St. Louis or New York. That's what Jeff has created in Denver. And then he has added many new recipes and dishes that make his menu extremely unique. Toasted ravioli, great lasagna and carbonara. The best pizza in Denver. And his own tiramisu you won't find anywhere outside of Tuscany. And the staff is tremendous. Ask Lisa for a Negroni. And see if you can get Eloise to dance or sing. The staff is the perfect complement to the food and warm, welcoming ambiance.
So two requests: Please go to Provolino as soon as convenient for you and your family. And second, please share this message with your network.
