Not everyone may be in the market to buy or sell at this time, but if you can connect with them by getting to know each other - Guess who they will think of the next time they are ready? Or perhaps refer you to someone who is in the market?
Here are 3 TIPS to build a community on Instagram:
🌟Use the 80/20 rule when it comes to posting personal content for people to learn more about you vs. sales content. 80% of personal content such as your interests, hobbies, values, or something about yourself that others will resonate with.
🌟ENGAGE BACK with your audience. Studies have shown that only 11% of real estate businesses respond back to the comments they receive on IG?! Let’s increase that stat!!
Not only does engaging with your audience build a trusting relationship, it’s also good for the algorithm and will boost your content to be viewed by more people.
🌟Give valuable content that your ideal clients what to learn about. Think of the most common questions you get asked and share the answers with your community. What common problems do your clients run into? Share the solutions!
