Most owners think they have a lead problem. They have a follow-up problem.

A lead comes in. Someone calls once. Maybe sends a text. "Still interested?" No reply. The lead gets marked bad.

But that was not follow up. That was lazy. The same message everyone else sends.

Real follow up starts with where the lead came from. A form fill is not a referral. That changes how you reach out.

A cold snap was three days out. Before anyone on the team even looked at the forecast, an agent had already reached out to every customer who skipped their furnace check this year. You don't always need more leads, you need to make sure you're capitalizing on the ones you're already getting.

I spent this weekend at The Achieve Business Conference, talking with business owners. Real conversations. The kind that turn into clients.
