What intention would you write on the label? Each candle comes with space to write in your own intention. It could be an affirmation, it could be a goal, it could be whatever is going to assist you in creating the day/life you want.

A great reminder from . Trying to prep to have it “ALL” figured out can keep you from doing what you have set your mind to. I have done this so many times as fear and doubt set in and still do. You are not alone

This is why I try to spread the message of intentional living. It helps you manifest what is needed to continue moving forward. Helps you get over those moments of self-perceived fear, and let you know that you got this!

Grateful for the opportunity to represent and promote my business yesterday at the 2019 Women’s Entrepreneurship Resource Showcase. The event was well planned from my perspective. I am grateful for those who supported me, people I got to connect with, and being surrounded by BOSS women. Nothing better.

Day’s off from my full time job usually means working on something for my business and mostly because I want to. I am grateful for another day to be me and also the opportunity to spend the morning with my good friend .

As you know I am in the process of creating candles with new scents... Not going as well as I would like but 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m not too down about it.

During meditation for me there is usually no specific mantra. It’s just going and seeing what comes up.
