We’re back! Our social media hiatus has officially come to an end. Follow along for work examples, marketing tips, and some BTS. ✨

During our social media break, we’ve been super busy on all sorts of marketing projects.

A few highlights include:

- Designing new packaging for flooring products at Costco
- Project managing all sorts of marketing campaigns
- Announcing music festival and concert lineups
- Developing promotional plans for an array of Iowa events
- Launching direct mail pieces by creating content and designing layouts
- Working on printed booklets like annual reports, product manuals, informational pieces, sponsorship presentations, etc.
- Creating a new logo for an 175-year-old non-profit
- Content development for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X for a wide range of clients
- And so much more!

As for what’s on the horizon… we’re pretty full with projects currently, but will have some availability to take on new clients in the coming months. If you’re in need of marketing support, shoot us a message!

A good process makes everything run a bit smoother.

While every client looks a bit different — this is typically how we approach new projects…

Meet - Let’s get to know each other. We’ll learn about your goals, needs and everything in between. Our priority is to figure out if we’re the right fit for each other.

Discover - We want to dive in to your world. We’ll review marketing materials, competitors, audiences and more to lay the foundation.

Plan - Whether it’s a three-year marketing strategy or a one-month campaign, there needs to be a plan. If it’s a long deck or a brief checklist, a roadmap is developed.

Execute - We work to ensure marketing functions run smoothly and get executed. Everything gets checked off the list — on time and following the strategy.

Refine - Is it working? We analyze the data to find out and make the necessary adjustments to improve results.

📌 We’re on a social media break while busy working on a fresh, new feel for On Pitch.

We work with community-minded businesses to amplify their brands. By combining Jill’s communications savvy with Andy’s creative expertise, we create meaningful connections with the right people to grow your business through purposeful planning, great design, and effective communications.

Jill and Andy’s paths crossed when they worked at a large marketing agency. Jill in the public relations department and Andy in creative. Jill went on to launch On Pitch in 2010 with Andy joining as her business partner in 2013.

Our varied backgrounds have allowed us to work with an assortment of clients from music festivals drawing 30,000 people to national flooring brands sold at The Home Depot. While each project we work on looks a little different, they’re all carefully crafted communications that deliver results.
