Take a walk!

When you're thinking about it too much, it's hard to find an answer.

If you take your mind off of it and get moving, ideas can start flowing to you!

(The key is to make sure you have a pen on you, lol)

The answer is... it depends.

But, one thing is for certain... you NEVER want to go too short or too long!

If it's too short, you didn't really try (and it'll show) and you never want to go too long because you'll just start making stuff up (and it'll show).

Go with your gut!

Often, this is around meal times or close to the beginning or end of the day.

The challenge is most templates are too complicated.

It could be as simple as a plain sheet of paper and 3 post ideas on it.

The key is USING it, not how fancy and colorful it is.
