Knowing what we really want in life is one of the most important things for us.

It will guide us. It will makes us strong to say NO to the winds of distraction. It can make us strong to stay focused on our goals.

Knowing what you want is like a lighthouse in a storm. It can guide us through the rough seas of life.

The sea of life is filled with the shipwrecks of those who didn't know or weren't sure what they wanted in life. They were tossed by every wind and wave. They crashed against the rocks of failure and despair.

What do you really, really want in life? Write it out. See it in your mind. See it every day. See it always.

BLAST FROM THE PAST!
Danny Loshek was a boy when his family took him to watch my play "Crime In America" at the Old Post Office in El Centro. I wrote, produced and acted in that show. I played a gang member, a businessman, and a flirtatious woman who neglects her kids to go drinking and partying (yes, I played a woman!)
Danny remembers the performance, the message, and that I walked by him and ruffled his hair!
And now Danny, as an adult, is going to help me produce a music video with a mental health awareness message. He will play a police officer.
It amazes me to see how many people my artistic work has touched. And I will continue that work till the day I clock out.
I am grateful.

** BABY DIES AFTER BEING LEFT IN CAR **

A 3-year-old boy who was left in a car overnight by his mother was found lifeless the following day in Mexicali. It is reported that the mother arrived home in a state of intoxication after a party. The toddler, who was still strapped into his car seat, was found dead after 1:00 p.m. the next day with sunburns on his arms and legs.

According to reports, the cause of death was heatstroke.

Reports state that the mother arrived home drunk after attending a party, accompanied by someone who was not her husband, took a shower, and went to sleep.

MUERE BEBÉ OLVIDADO EN UN AUTO

Un niño de 3 años que fue dejado en un auto toda la noche por su madre fue encontrado sin vida al día siguiente en Mexicali. Se reporta que la madre llegó a casa en estado de ebriedad después de una fiesta. El pequeño, quien aún se encontraba sujeto a su silla de seguridad, fue hallado mu**to después de la 1:00 p.m. del día siguiente con quemaduras solares en brazos y piernas.

Según los informes, la causa del fallecimiento fue un golpe de calor.

De acuerdo con los reportes, la madre llegó a su casa borracha tras asistir a una fiesta, llego acompañada de alguien que no era su esposo, se dio una ducha y se fue a dormir.
