Sales Agreement: please note all sales are final as they are customized to your specifications. If there is an error in our work (spelling, size different than what was ordered by customer, vinyl color different than what was ordered by customer, etc., a new item will be made with the corrected item--additional changes (add/remove items, change size, etc.) will be at an additional charge to the cu

stomer--we are only responsible for fixing our errors, not the customers. Due to wear and tear on vinyl, apparel, signs, banners, etc., we do not guarantee longevity of any product, however, we use the highest quality vinyl, rhinestones, apparel and materials. We may charge a design fee at any given time if the design will take several hours. NOTE: should a design be approved, then not used--a $50 design fee will be billed to the customer and any apparel pressed with that design will be billed to the customer as well. Please note: the business is located between Big Lake and Elk River. Pick up needs to be done at this location unless otherwise noted by A & M. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate pick ups in Otsego, Rogers, and Maple Grove.
