Assistant / Operations Coordinator (Contract):
Four:Six Marketing is a fast-moving, agriculture-rooted marketing team looking for a jack-of-all-trades assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, self-driven, and ready to step in as a go-to support person, handling the small but important tasks that keep our team and clients moving forward.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update project management systems
Monitor and organize email inboxes
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Schedule and manage social media content
Make small website updates for client accounts
Handle day-to-day admin and “as-needed” tasks
Help keep projects, timelines, and team communication on track
Position Details
Contract position
Hourly rate based on experience
Hours will vary depending on your skill set and ability to take on tasks
Must be available for communication with the team and clients between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Flexible schedule outside of those hours to complete work
This role includes a mix of flexible tasks and “need it now” responsibilities, so responsiveness is key
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks
Comfortable with technology (project management tools, social platforms, basic website edits)
A problem-solver who takes initiative
Someone who works hard, supports the team, and takes pride in doing things right
Bonus Points
Experience in agriculture or ag-related businesses
Familiarity with project management platforms
Basic website editing experience (mainly Shopify)
Photo editing and/or video editing experience

Internship Opportunity:
Four:Six Marketing is looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support our Head Graphic Designer. This is a paid position with a strong focus on agriculture, perfect for someone who wants to gain real experience while working with brands rooted in ag.
What you’ll do:
• Assist with marketing campaigns
• Help design print materials, ads, and brand assets
• Update labels, materials, etc., promptly
• Collaborate on creative direction across multiple clients
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
What we’re looking for:
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required
• Strong eye for design, detail, and branding
• Interest in agriculture or willingness to learn
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Hours will vary based on workload and your availability. We’re looking for someone able to commit to at least 5 hours per week through May, with the opportunity and expectation for increased hours moving into summer. Our busiest season is ahead, so we value someone who is self-motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute.
