π― A website can look polished and still bring in zero leads.
It usually happens when design comes before strategy. Before anyone picks colors or layouts, we ask three questions: who exactly is this site for, what's the one action you want visitors to take, and what makes you different from the competition?
Those answers change the copy in ways you can see. "Web design for small businesses" describes a service. "Turn your website into a lead-generating machine" describes an outcome. Same with testimonials: "Great company, highly recommend!" is nice, but "Contact form submissions doubled within three months" is what actually convinces a buyer.

When content shapes the structure, the design has a job to do.
