So. It has been a while, hasn’t it. Things have been a bit crazy with a new baby and the world going kahblewy.

Welcome to Avallone Consulting where it’s are all about “Presenting Your Best.”

We live in a world where your public image as a professional, or your future draft status may be placed at significant risk with a single tweet, picture or post to your platform of choice. Those who choose to learn the skill of presentation and image management are always going to be a step ahead.

One needn’t look any further than this year’s NFL Draft to see the effects of even a childhood Twitter account on the prospects of a phenomenal athlete. Professional sports careers have been prematurely forfeited by those who lack the ability to recognize the risks inherent in communications.

I work diligently with young people and athletes of all ages who have an eye on a life the public sphere or at the very least, the next level of competition. Making them more adept in the addressing of questions and perhaps most importantly, knowing when not to answer. Giving clients the confidence to walk into any room or in front of any camera and project just that, confidence.

A coach with over 15 years of experience in multiple sports up to the college level, coupled with my background in communications for public campaigns, I bring a relatable voice to my clients.

While group sessions of any size or individual coaching sessions are available for scheduling, I am on call 24/7 for emergency consults in the event of a crisis. (Retainer plans available)

Sessions may cover specific skills or a general overview of the skills necessary to be successful in your public communications.
