Everything on the gram isn’t always what it seems. What about that unsecured line of credit?

And that Lowe’s credit card 🤔

😳 I’ll do the math. Did I really just spend 5 months building a house to only net $5,485.91?!

Technically NO 😂 it’s less than that. I didn’t even account for taxes 😬

But I can’t discount the capability built. And as a matter of fact, part of that line of credit balance for the hasty and clearing of 2 vacant lots (seizing opportunity). Am I doing it wrong? Maybe! Was it worth it 🤷‍♂️?! Heck yeah it was! LFG! 💪🏽

I buried my head in the sand for the last few months to tackle a personal goal, ground up construction.

I think I did alright...But I didn’t do it alone. Thanks to Trey Nixon Chris Oyenuga | Builder & Developer PBS Holdings Inc. Ingrid Hunter Church | Real Estate Developer Navid Attayan | Business Growth and the countless other friends, strangers, inspectors, subs, salesmen/women, etc. who helped along the way!

We are near the finish line, but not yet complete. We still have some final inspections, and an appraisal left. However, I am proud of the result 💪

“You’re just lucky.” True, luck plays a role in success, especially in real estate. That $47,000 profit? Pure luck—someone offered way more than I paid. But I also risked $60,000, almost backed out, and spent 18 months on due diligence. Luck favors those who risk.

I landed a $15,000 deal recently from a pay-per-lead source. I can turn leads on and off like a faucet. AI picks up, my bot texts, and I get notifications. Spent $1,500, made $15,000. It doesn't scale, but it doesn't need to.

Important calls were being missed, but there is a solution! Using AI to answer the phone when you can't means potential contracts and serious money. One answered call could turn into thousands of dollars.
