**December - Early January Dev Update**
Project Changes:
The game's title has been updated following a script rewrite: Valheim: [REDACTED]. The full name will remain redacted until the official announcement.
Work in Progress:
- Fight System
- Stat System
- Party System (NPC Companions)
- Romanceable Paths w/ Companions
Challenges Faced:
After overcoming life struggles and dealing with a busy schedule, I encountered a writer's block. Unhappy with the existing content, I took a step back, reanalyzed the story's direction, and decided to rewrite the entire narrative and recode from the ground up. This unavoidable setback has caused a significant project delay. However, I prioritize delivering a release I'm proud of over meeting deadlines. Furthermore, I am much more confident in the direction of the story after taking steps back to the drawing board.
Team Updates:
I've been working solo, and the workload is overwhelming. Attempts to seek help from acquaintances didn't yield the desired support. Patience is appreciated as I tirelessly manage my evolving schedule and the project's needs.
Testing:
Considering a demo before the Alpha release, those interested can contact me. Feedback on the demo or Pre-Release builds is both welcomed and encouraged.
Upcoming Goals:
Starting a new job will limit my 24/7 availability for the project, but I plan to focus on the eagerly anticipated party system in the coming month.

Conclusion:
Despite the delay, I am extremely pleased with the game's current direction and eagerly anticipate its public release.
