Is your AI generated resume giving you the results you need to land a job?

It's time to update your resume!

Whether you are in the job search casually looking or simply staying prepared, the end of the year is a great time to update your resume with accomplishments and newly acquired skills.

While Chat GPT is a good start to write your resume, its not 100% fool-proof - not even close. You still need to tailor chat outputs for the job you are applying. Focus your resume on your best skills and accomplishments relevant to the job. Your resume must create a value proposition that you are worth thr hire.

Never forget that one size doesn't fit all. You can't simply use the same resume for every application. Tailor your resume for each job and for the AI algorithms that identify top candidates.

Today's resume is more than just keywords. With the infusion of AI into hiring technology, AI can make decisions about who is qualified (or not) based on how your resume reads, what is included (and not included), and other key incidcators that you are a fit for the position. Loving what you do starts with choosing the right job aligned with whatever brings you joy. As a career coach and resume writer one of the first questions I ask is, "what brings you joy?" Before I can write a resume that describes the real you and the value you bring with you, we must first determine what brings you joy. If you are not in a job that brings you joy, then let's get you there. Getting there starts with a "knock-their-socks-off" resume. When you love what you do your joy will have no choice but to be present in your work and how you show up. And the joyful you should be reflected in your resume.

Focus on joy first and everything else will fall in line. I am here to help you through that process.
