🚁 We capture the data. Your professionals certify the work.

There’s an important distinction between collecting high-quality reality capture data and providing the professional services that may ultimately use that data.

At Sellers Logistics & Productions, our role is to capture current site conditions, process that information, and deliver usable data to the teams who need it.

Depending on the project, that can include:
• Georeferenced orthomosaics
• Point clouds
• Textured 3D models
• Elevation data
• RGB imagery
• 360° site documentation

But our role has a clear boundary.

We don’t replace the surveyor.
We don’t replace the engineer.
We don’t replace the inspector.

Instead, we operate as the capture and processing layer between what’s happening in the field and the professionals who need current site information.

A surveyor may incorporate captured data into their workflow. An engineer may use it for analysis, design, documentation, or coordination. A construction team may use it to track progress and maintain a visual record of changing site conditions.

📐 The key distinction is that having a drone, RTK, or a photogrammetry model does not automatically make the resulting data a certified survey or engineering deliverable.
The technology is the tool.

The project requirements, capture methodology, processing workflow, quality control, and qualified professionals determine how that data can ultimately be used.

That’s where SLP fits.

CAPTURE → PROCESS → DELIVER → PROFESSIONAL USE

Our goal is to give survey, engineering, VDC/BIM, construction, and infrastructure teams current site data in standard formats that can fit into the software and workflows they already use.

Four different people needed four different numbers off this site. One flight answered all of them.

📦 6,742 cubic yards in the stockpile — the estimator's number
📏 488 feet of drainage and utility run across eight segments — the PM's number
📐 17% slope, 5.6 feet of fall over 33 feet — the grading question
🔢 68 units staged along the building — the inventory

Nobody drove out for any of them. Every one came off the same captured model, pulled on a laptop, long after the drone landed.

What this actually is: we fly your active site and turn it into a measurable 3D record — orthomosaic, 3D model, point cloud. Your team pulls distances, areas, volumes and counts off it from a desk, as often as you want, without anybody going back out.

How it runs: once, at a milestone. At phase gates, timed to things getting covered up. Or on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cadence so every capture lines up with the last one and you can see what moved.

One detail worth pointing out: the white mesh in the first clip is the base plane the volume is measured against. Pick the wrong base and the number is wrong, so it stays visible. If a stockpile number ever shows up without one, ask what it was measured from.

Captured with a DJI Matrice 4E. Measured in DroneDeploy.

Send me the address of your next site and I'll fly it free. A proof flight on your own job — you keep the data, no commitment after it.

This isn't a photo of a job site. It's an orthomosaic.

A photo shows you what the site looked like from wherever the camera happened to be. An orthomosaic is a series of stitched and geometrically corrected images so every pixel is viewed straight down — no lean, no perspective distortion. That's what makes it measurable, and what lets this flight line up with the next one.

The difference matters more at this phase than any other.

Grade beams are formed. Piping is laid out across the pad, waiting on slab. In a few weeks it's covered, and the only record of what's underneath is whatever somebody captured first.

You can't re-photograph a slab.

Which is why when you fly matters as much as whether you fly:
🏗️ Before the pour — under-slab layout and piping
🚧 Before backfill — open excavation and trench conditions
🔧 Before close-in — what's above the ceiling while you can still see it
📅 At milestones — a dated record tied to the schedule

Some projects want that weekly. Others only need phase flights — three or four across the whole job, each one timed to a cover-up. Both work. What doesn't work is deciding you needed it after the concrete is down.

Flown on a set cadence, every capture lines up with the last one. One flight is a record. A series is a history.

Captured Sep 25 with a DJI Matrice 4E — 100 images. Orthomosaic, point cloud and 3D model from the same flight, in formats your VDC, BIM and survey teams can work in.

Want this on your site? We'll fly your next project free — a proof flight on your own job, and you keep the data.

I was out doing some R&D with the and spotted a crane going up in a residential neighborhood — I had to go check it out.

Not every day you watch a house get lifted over another house. 😅

Who says the M4E can't be used for cinematic shots, haha!

What's the wildest thing you've stumbled onto while out flying?

What used to live on a superintendent's phone is now a dated, measurable record of the whole site — at Sellers Logistics & Productions we fly active job sites on a set cadence so your team always has current ground truth. 📐

You get a georeferenced orthomosaic your team pulls straight into the software they already use and starts measuring off. The same flight produces the 3D model, point cloud, and elevation surface. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — whatever pace the job is actually moving at. Every capture lines up with the last one, so you can see exactly what changed and when. 🗺️

Here's the part most firms don't expect: we capture the interior on the same visit. 360° walkthroughs of stairwells, confined spaces, and everything the drone can't reach. One mobilization, inside and out. It lands with your VDC, BIM, survey and engineering teams in formats they already work in — nobody's converting files or chasing a second vendor. 🏗️

We capture, process, and deliver. We don't certify, stamp, or sign off on anything — the licensed professional on your team is always the certifying party. That line never moves.

If you're a GC, engineering, or development firm in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach that wants to see what this looks like on your own project, reach out and we'll fly your next site as a free proof flight.

We Make Your Site Digital. Your Team Makes Decisions.

Millions of individually measured points. One flight. One South Florida job site.

This is a point cloud — not a picture of the site, the shape of it. Every surface, grade change, excavation and formed structure, positioned in real-world coordinates.

📐 WHAT IT'S USED FOR

Measuring volumes, areas, elevations and distances long after the crew has left
Verifying what was built against what was designed
Documenting work before the next phase covers it up
Keeping field and office looking at the same thing without another site visit

👷 WHO USES IT
VDC and BIM coordinators, civil engineers, surveyors, project managers, owners and developers.

📦 ALSO PRODUCED FROM THIS SAME FLIGHT

Orthomosaic site map
3D model
Elevation surface

One pass, delivered in standard industry formats.

Sellers Logistics & Productions captures, processes, and delivers. We don't certify, stamp, or sign off on anything — the licensed professional on your team is always the certifying party.

ONE FLIGHT. EVERY DELIVERABLE.

Reality capture is recording a physical site as measurable digital data. Not photos of a job site — a dimensionally accurate record you can measure, mark up, and compare month over month.

HOW IT'S CAPTURED
DJI Matrice 4E (RTK) — thousands of overlapping georeferenced images from the air.
Insta360 — interiors, stairwells, confined space, below grade.
Aerial and ground on the same visit.

THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES
Teams decide on outdated information. Somebody walks the site with a tape measure. The owner drives out just to see progress. Six months later nobody can prove what the grade looked like.

FROM THIS ONE FLIGHT
Stockpile — 21,180 ft² · 6,776 yd³ · 9,148 tons
Drainage run — 488.62 ft at 0.04% slope
Graded pad — 23,334 ft² documented
Slope — 32.81 ft run, 5.57 ft drop, 17.19%
Material inventory — 68 precast units counted
Elevation surface with 10 ft contours

WHO USES IT
Surveyors · Civil Engineers · VDC & BIM · GC Project Managers · Owners & Developers · Roofing & Property Mgmt · Insurance & Claims · Telecom & Utilities · Environmental · Public Safety

ACCURACY
Flown RTK on Florida's open NTRIP network — enough for most progress documentation and volumetric work. RTK improves the input but does not verify the output. GCPs with checkpoints tie data to real-world coordinates and give your engineer something to validate against. Your surveyor specifies which. Engineering call, not a budget one.

DELIVERABLES
Orthomosaics · 3D models & textured mesh · Point clouds · DSM/DTM · Contours · Volume reports · Change detection · 360° walkthroughs · Progress packages · As-built capture

FORMATS & INTEGRATION
GeoTIFF · LAS/LAZ · OBJ · DXF/SHP · E57 · KML/KMZ
Native import to AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ArcGIS, QGIS. Processed in DroneDeploy with direct Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 integration.

We capture, process, and deliver. We never certify or stamp anything — that stays with the licensed professional on your team.
