Elevator maintenance is an important part of keeping elevators running safely and efficiently.

Properly maintained elevators are less likely to break down, require fewer repairs and last longer. It’s essential for occupants of any building with one or more elevators that regular maintenance is done.

“Regular Maintenance” includes - but is not limited to: routine inspections and preventive maintenance services like lubricating the lift’s moving parts, testing the door sensors, tightening bolts, inspecting cables and pulleys, checking brakes and inspecting the elevator car interior for signs of wear or damage.
