God is speaking, seasons are changing, Fostoria remains the same

Last month I published a post regarding my contemplation on FFP. Monetization pays my mortgage and electric bill each month, but the Return on Investment (time/stress) is not high enough for my satisfaction. Focusing my attention on small town issues when I don't see a positive future for Fostoria seems time wasting. Findlay & Tiffin is expanding so quickly while FoTown continues to be left behind. Fact: Fostoria arguably has nothing unique to bring in Findlay & Tiffin customers. No Dispensary to build up the City's tax account. Nothing for Teens to do. etc.

I have been on the Dispensary topic for a few years now. Yeah the broken record says "Nobody will drive to Fostoria for cannabis". Statistics prove that claim wrong. Dispensaries can draw in customers easily from 30+ miles away. Then of course some people say everyone goes to Michigan. Also not true, as Findlay and Tiffin's disps. have customers daily from the looks of the parking lot. Yes, Ohio's cannabis system is heavily restricted compared to Michigan.

The things holding me back from walking away is how irritated I become over corrupt officials, scanner media's toe licking, and drug trafficking families. Fostoria has come a long way since the massive federal drug bust of 2005 that exposed a cartel drug ring. This was back in the day when a select number of Fostoria Police Officers were involved in criminal activity, one tried to cover his ass by writing a book claiming victim. Was FPD to blame for the decline of Fostoria back in '05?

Fostoria Fire Chief Jason Root still has not resigned after being called out for gross negligence and selective code enforcement. I have never shared this before but ya'll realize that they only reason why Family Roots Thrift Store re-opened earlier this year was because of me?

Jason Root went into the store like a hot head and ripped their certificate of occupancy off the wall and shut them down. I filed a records request to FFD and Wood County at 4:45PM on a Friday and by 5:15PM the store was called by the county and told they could re-open. I really should do a video out at the plaza about this topic.

Chief Root then played victim and crybaby while denying that he shut down the stores. The entire plaza was not up to fire code and Root put the public at risk by overlooking. Then here comes Scanner Media burying that nose in butt again to support his elected buddies. Welcome to Fostoria...

Change begins with Voting in a new Mayor. Mennel needs to go, a middle aged modern thinker needs to come in, then the swamp will drain. Time will tell.

- One legal plant, cut and jarred, can clear the felony line. Six legal plants, harvested and kept, can clear it by a wide margin. In this article you will find information on how Ohio has designed their cannabis control system.

An adult 21 or older in Ohio can legally grow six cannabis plants at home. The same person can commit a felony by keeping the harvest. The line is the cut. Ohio Revised Code 3796.221(B), in effect since Senate Bill 56 on March 20, 2026, says no one may knowingly possess more than 2.5 ounces […]

Ohio is one of the states where a lab-made opioid estimated at up to 10 times the strength of fentanyl has already turned up in seized drugs. It is called cychlorphine.
