Meet Jasmine Standridge, this month's Women in Ag feature. đź‘‹

Jasmine was born and raised in Merced, a predominantly farming city in the heart of the Central Valley. At the completion of her 8th grade year, her parents moved to Atwater, a neighboring town, and there she attended Atwater High School. It was in the Ag Department of Atwater High School where she met Mrs. Natalie Borba her freshman year & began her journey in FFA.

Her love for networking, relationship-building, and competition led her to run for state FFA office in 2017 and be elected as California FFA State Vice President. Following her year of service to California FFA, she stayed true to her love for the Central Valley and attended Fresno State, where she majored in Agricultural Communications.

After earning her Bachelor's of Science degree in May of 2022, Jasmine accepted a full-time position as the Leadership Development Coordinator for California FFA in Galt, where she has been for the past 4 years. Her love for student success, connecting with others inside and outside of agriculture, and overseeing 40 different leadership conferences has made her life both fun & fulfilling.
