Nothing better than time with family! Our time in Gary, Indiana was too short, but the kids got to see where Pat grew up and meet lots of family. We were able to go to church with Granny, go to the beach on Lake Michigan, see Michael Jackson’s childhood home, and go to the Albanese candy factory. Can’t wait to go back!

Chicago Day 2: We slept in way too late since we didn’t get much sleep the day before, so we didn’t have as much time to do all the things we wanted to do. Krew wanted to go to the Harry Potter store. We spent way too much time in there while he was deciding what souvenirs he wanted. Then after a little more shopping we met up with more family at Navy Pier. We had dinner and did a 3D maze.

I’m seriously geeking out right now! Growing up a Jazz fan in the 80’s and 90’s, my dad and I went to so many games and I was able to watch the legend John Stockton play. He has been my most favorite player since I was a kid, and I was able to meet him tonight. My life is complete! I told Pat getting married and having our kids is a close second to this 🤣
