A member of the Healthfast family and their family recently experienced a devastating house fire, and they are now facing the difficult process of rebuilding.

We’re coming together as a community to help support them during this time. Healthfast Medical is accepting donations at the clinic to help with their immediate needs.

If you’re able to donate, share this post, or simply keep this family in your thoughts, every bit of support means so much. 🤍

📍 Donations can be dropped off at Healthfast Medical in Gilmer.

Very thankful to be asked to speak for Gladewater Thrive & Connect last week. 🙏🫡

📱 “Think of your social media as an ecosystem.”

That was one of the takeaways from our featured speaker Natalie Mullen with Creative Sponge at last Friday’s GTC Lunch & Connect and she brought the VALUE! 🔥

Natalie shared that her services helped one client generate $3.1 MILLION through Google alone, then walked our members through ways businesses can strengthen their own digital presence.

A few takeaways:

🔹 Use Reels, hashtags AND relevant community groups to expand your reach.

🔹 Make it easy for people — and platforms — to understand exactly what your business does.

🔹 For content, remember you need: HOOK → PROBLEM → SOLUTION.

🔹 Don’t underestimate TikTok for business — it’s becoming increasingly important.

🔹 Properly set up your Google Business Profile and connect your social platforms.

🔹 If you’re ignoring LinkedIn, it may be time to reconsider it.

But one of the biggest lessons wasn’t about algorithm at all.

It was…

✨Build personal relationships✨

People want to know who is behind the business. Relationships create familiarity, trust, referrals, and amazing opportunities.

Natalie gave our members plenty to take back to their businesses and put into action immediately.

👏 Thank you, Natalie, for investing your time and knowledge into our GTC members and guests!

You can find Natalie and learn more about her services through Creative Sponge on Facebook, Google, and Instagram.
