One of my favorite yearly rituals is sitting down at the end of the year and reflecting on what worked and what didn’t work for me in the past year. Journaling has been an essential tool in my recovery and healing toolbox as it is a safe space for self-discovery and processing emotions.
These end-of-the-year journal prompts can serve as a compass for self-reflection, and help you pause amongst the hustle and bustle of life to gain clarity on your journey.
By reflecting on the past year, you not only celebrate accomplishments but also identify areas for growth and renewal as you move forward into the new year.
