Before you shut down for the weekend, save this and try it today.

I think a lot of business owners are still using AI mainly when they need something produced. Write this. Research that. Help me with this email.

Useful, yes. But we’re leaving a lot on the table.

AI can also help you step outside the day-to-day craziness long enough to see what is actually happening in your business.

What keeps taking too long? What keeps coming back to you? What should have become a process by now? Where are YOU the bottleneck? What are you assuming instead of actually looking at the information?

That’s why I created this 15-Minute Friday AI Business Review.

Use the five questions on the graphic. If your AI already knows a lot about what you worked on this week, have it help you look for patterns. If it doesn’t, pull up your calendar, walk through the week and tell it what happened. Meetings, decisions, frustrations, wins, things that took forever. Let it ask you follow-up questions.

Then finish with:

What should I KEEP? What should I CHANGE? What needs to become a SYSTEM? What should I STOP? What is ONE thing I should TEST next week?

Don’t do it once.

Save this graphic and do it every Friday for the next four weeks.

I have a feeling the real value will not be what you discover today. It will be what you start noticing when the same patterns show up week after week.

That’s when AI starts becoming more than something you ask questions.

It starts helping you understand your business better.

Just finished a 2 hr training today in Elgin, TX! Take a listen to what I said after this training and after every training/speaking engagement I’ve conducted this year.

Those who are falling behind the most aren’t the ones not using AI. It’s the ones who have learned a certain level of how to use AI but they are not growing in it. AI has changed more than ever in the last 2 mos alone, every platform. Many have fallen behind significantly but don’t realize it because they are comfortable and don’t realize the vast breadth of generative AI capability.
