From idle injector to fully booked in 90 days (now they’ve hired 2 more).

Demand is there.

So you do the right thing.

You hire.
You add a room.
You invest in equipment.

That’s exciting. And it should be.

I’ll be honest. I despise spammy marketing tactics.

Like as much as the Grinch loathes Christmas 🎄

I was on a call with a current client last week, and not once did a bait-and-switch strategy come up. No fake urgency. No inflated pricing just to “mark it down.” No pressure tactics to scare people into booking.

I won’t do it.

Instead, we focused on what actually builds trust and bookings long-term:

- Showing real humans behind the brand.
- Inviting people into the space and the experience.
- Highlighting the team, the expertise, the care.
- Giving value before asking for anything.
