We’ve got a new person on the Prime Edge team, and I’m very excited to officially welcome Fran!

Fran is joining us as our Social Media Manager, which means she’ll be helping handle the day-to-day posting, scheduling, account management, and all the little things that keep our clients’ social media actually moving.

Also, Fran is in her 70s. Which I only mention because...

1) You absolutely would NOT guess that, and;

2) I think it proves a pretty important point...

You do not have to be 22 years old and permanently attached to TikTok to understand social media.

A huge part of good marketing is understanding people.

What they care about.
What gets their attention.
What makes them trust a business.
What feels real and what feels manufacteured.

Fran gets that.

She’s also ridiculously sharp, super fun to talk to, and somehow has more energy than people half her age, which is insane.

The only thing not exactly rolling out the red carpet for her has been the social platforms themselves. 😂

Getting a new person logged into and properly connected to a whole bunch of client accounts has apparently become an Olympic event, so if you notice the occasional hiccup while we get everything transferred over, that’s why.

We’re getting through it though.

We’re super happy to have her here.
