The Children's Hospital at Montefiore has a new mural!

We all believe that there are crucial benefits to thoughtfully designed art in a healthcare setting- especially when considering healing. Our goal was to evoke cherished feelings of playfulness and joy for all viewers, regardless of age.

The Color Group team, and the Fine Art Program at Monetfiore make quite the powerhouse of mural design, production, and installation!

Color forms printed on acrylic at gymnasium. We love how this semi transparent series of prints came out! We also think that the cool palette gives a soothing element to the space. So happy to help the team bring this project to life.

Installation complete! We can’t get over how gorgeous these blown glass pieces are on custom pedestal displays at the Burke Rehabilitation Gymnasium and Outpatient Center at building 8. With plenty of natural light, the glass sculptures are encased in an extremely durable and almost invisible cast acrylic, on top of a gorgeous poly painted xylem pedestal. We can’t get over the way the natural light plays with the colorful blown glass sculptures in these custom displays.

For the ShopRite Caregiver’s Center at we came up with a custom solution that delivered the clarity, modern feeling, and sharp look that their team was striving for.
Warping from temperature, humidity, or any number of factors could impact a display like this if the material is not carefully considered for longevity and aesthetic. But this isn’t our first rodeo by a long shot.
We build displays that will stand the test of time and survive mischief.
A sturdy layer of acrylic rests on top of the print showcasing the ShopRite Caregiver Center and its supporters, while a second layer of acrylic supports and protects it from the back. In between those sturdy pieces is sandwiched a print on a thin but sturdy and transparent plastic. Designing the display like this allows the print to get updated or swapped out whenever, while retaining the integrity of the display always, and not worrying about reframing or any destruction to the display.

The World of Frieda is on display at through May 22nd!
Second surface prints like this gorgeous one of Frieda Khalo are perfect for business front displays on glass, allowing you to view the print on either side of the glass.
The obvious benefit to second surface is when you apply it to the inside of the glass, you are also protecting your print from the outside elements and any potential mischief!
