📌 WHY PROOF APPROVAL MATTERS
Just a friendly reminder about something that is extremely important when ordering custom apparel from us—please carefully review your mock up proof before approving it!
I have been printing shirts for many years, and I take pride in the experience and knowledge I have gained. However, I cannot assume that something in your artwork is a mistake or make changes simply because I think it might look better. What looks unusual to me may be exactly what you intended.
That is why we send proofs.
Before approving, please check:
✔️ Spelling and wording
✔️ Colors
✔️ Artwork and design details
✔️ Placement
✔️ Names and numbers
✔️ Anything you would like edited or changed
If you require an exact color, please provide us with the PMS/Pantone color. Without one, we will use our best judgment based on the artwork provided.
Once you approve a proof, we move forward with the understanding that you are approving the design as shown.
Moving forward, school-related designs will also require final approval from the appropriate coach, advisor or authorized representative before being placed online or sent into production.
We will always do our best to provide quality products and great customer service, but communication is a two-way street.
