🚨 WEEKEND WARNING 🚨

Walking through model homes may cause:

😂 Excessive furniture rearranging in your head
👀 Opening every cabinet
🚿 Standing in the shower pretending you're checking water pressure
📸 Taking 47 pictures
🏡 Saying “I really like this one…”

Side effects may include suddenly wanting to move. 🤣

Come see us this weekend at Clayton Homes of Hixson!

One of the coolest parts of my job is watching someone walk into a home and suddenly say:

“Okay… I can see us living here.” 🏡

That's the moment I love.

Not the paperwork.
Not the numbers.

The moment they can actually picture their life there.

If you've been curious about what your next home could look like, come take a walk through one with me!

🏡 YOU HAVE TO PICK ONE!

Would you rather have:

🍳 A HUGE kitchen island

OR

🌅 A HUGE covered porch

You can't have both!

Okay… technically you can dream about both. 😂

Which one are you choosing? 👇

There are two types of people during a home tour:

Person #1:
“Let's just take a quick look.” 😇

Person #2:
“Wait… COME LOOK AT THIS CLOSET!” 😂

Five minutes later they're discussing where the Christmas tree is going.

I've seen it happen. 🤣🏡

Which one are you? 👇

🏡 NEW WEEK. NEW POSSIBILITIES.

Maybe this is the week you finally stop saying…

“We're gonna look at some homes eventually.” 😂

Eventually sounds good, but eventually doesn't have a calendar date. 😎

Come walk through some homes, get some ideas, and see what's out there.

You never know… your next home might be sitting behind one of these doors. 🚪🏡

🔥 SATURDAY IS FOR HOUSE HUNTING! 🔥

Why spend your Saturday sitting around scrolling through pictures when you can actually WALK THROUGH the homes?

Come see the kitchens.
Check out the bedrooms.
Open the closets.
Walk the floor plan.

And most importantly…

Picture YOUR family living there. 🏡❤️

😂 WHEN YOU SAY YOU'RE "JUST LOOKING…"

Me: "Absolutely! Take your time!"

Also me:

👀 "What do you think about this floor plan?"

👀 "Would you want the kitchen over here?"

👀 "How would your furniture fit in this living room?"

👀 "Want me to run some numbers?"

😂😂

I promise… I'll let you look!

But if you find one you LOVE, I'm definitely going to help you figure out how to make it happen. 🏡
