Today, May 17, 2026, Americans are gathering across the country to participate in the "Rededicate 250" National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving. The White House is hosting this historic multi-hour prayer rally on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., with related community events and broadcasts occurring simultaneously in all 50 states. Lewis County is gathering at 3:00p.m. to participate locally.

As part of Rock The Lot 2026 and Hohenwald’s Official America 250 celebration, we are creating a special Lewis County Veterans Tribute Slideshow to honor the men and women who served our country.

We’ve already received several wonderful submissions, but we would love to include even more local veterans.
