Thank you to Development Corporation of Austin for hosting and to everyone who came out bright and early for "Marketing Made Simple: Social Media & Video Basics" at the YMCA of Austin, MN yesterday morning! ☕

One of the things we covered: you don't need to be everywhere, just where your customers are. Trying to keep up with every platform is exhausting and unnecessary. Pick where your people actually spend their time, and put your energy there.

We also talked about consistency. Posting regularly, even imperfectly, beats posting occasionally but polished. Showing up matters more than getting it perfect.

📌 Quick marketing tip: if you're running a lunch special, don't post about it at 2pm. Post it mid-morning, while people are still deciding where to eat.

It's Wendy's birthday! 🎉

If you've ever gotten an email from us that actually sounded like a human, or read your own story back and thought "yes, that's exactly us," or had her talk you out of something you didn't need, that was Wendy.

🌟 Today Aurora got to spend some time with the team at Alliance of Chicanos, Hispano, Latino Americans (ACHLA) in Rochester!

These folks are the real deal. They work alongside Latino families in southeastern Minnesota to strengthen education, expand health access, support economic development, and build community connections that benefit everyone. Grassroots, dedicated, and doing it right.

We love the days when we get to roll up our sleeves and help an organization like this get a little more organized behind the scenes, so they can spend less time on the tech stuff and more time on the work that actually matters. 👩‍💻

Keep an eye out for two big upcoming ACHLA events, Latino Fest and their annual fundraising Gala. This is a community worth showing up for.
