What business would say no to a free circle to join that will market and advertise for them for no cost. You ask "Well, How do we make our money then?" Well, the other aspect of the business network is going to be the B.M.E. Circle card which Foundations, Youth Groups, School Sports Teams, etc. Will sell to raise money for their cause.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Business Sign up and Fundraiser Sign Up
* Growing the Business Circle & BME Circle Card
* Manage 3 Cities/Towns Businesses and Fundraiser Sales of the BME Circle Card
* Creating Daily Order sheets and Projected Weekly Sales
* Data Entry on new Business Circle members and BME Circle Card Customers
* THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB - THIS IS A BUSINESS NETWORK MANAGEMENT POSITION


* PAY INFORMATION
* For the first 1-3 Months Pay will be strictly commission based to prove your ability to grow your towns/cities business network. As soon as you have proven the ability to grow your Network in your towns we can immediately discuss Wages or Salary.
* To Start Your pay will be based off of all Circle Card Sales In your Towns.

Management Positions Available:

At Launch there will be 1 Management Position In the sales Department in the Company. However After Sales pick up We will be Needing 2 More Senior Managers & 6 Junior Managers. Managers will have a Pick of their Team and will receive a Bonus monthly off of their teams production. The best way to get the Management Positions is to Apply Before Positions are Available.

To Start this is going to be Commission Based (Think of it as a Trial) Once you prove your Sales Worth we will start to work out a base pay for you. If you continue your Proven Sales Path You will have the option to go 90% pay and 10% commission or vice versa. If you are a Great sales person you will probably want the bigger commission Payout.
